Cancellation Policy

At Align Healing Center, we are committed to providing exceptional services to enhance your well-being. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal service delivery, we have established the following policy for all services:



Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book all appointments that are 1 hour or longer.


The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Payment of the deposit confirms your appointment and reserves your time with our expert practitioners.



Transferability: The booking deposit is transferable one time, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. To transfer the deposit, please notify us within the specified timeframe, and we will try to accommodate your request for a rescheduled appointment.



Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. To reschedule without penalty, please contact us within the designated timeframe to make arrangements and transfer your deposit to the new appointment.



New Appointment Booking: In the event that a new appointment needs to be scheduled due to cancellation or insufficient notice, a new booking deposit will be required to secure the appointment slot. The standard 50% of service non-refundable deposit policy applies to all subsequent bookings.



Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Align Healing Center management. We strive to be understanding and accommodating, and will consider individual situations on a case-by-case basis.



Payment and Refund Policy: Payment for all services is due in full at the time of service delivery. The booking deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.



Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused deposits, except as required by law.
